Shipping policy
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days by USPS First Class, Standard or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment and most orders shipped via Standard Shipping arrive within 5 business days. Once shipped, USPS includes an expected delivery date but please note that this is an estimate and may change due holidays or unexpected events. Please ensure that delivery locations are secure. DNO is not responsible for items scanned as delivered but not received. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we’ll email an ETA on when you should expect your order.
